Peptide Factoryaus – Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Handling Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped. Because our products are highly sensitive research compounds requiring strict quality control, minor dispatch delays may occasionally occur during periods of high volume.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

We ship exclusively to verified addresses, laboratory facilities, and institutional locations within Australia.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout based on your delivery region and selected tier.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by our third-party freight carriers (e.g., Australia Post, StarTrack, or private couriers) and are not strictly guaranteed by Peptide Factoryaus.

3. International Shipping

We strictly operate within domestic boundaries to maintain regulatory compliance with chemical control frameworks. We do not offer international shipping, nor do we ship to unverified international freight forwarding companies or overseas logistics hubs at this time.

4. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, a tracking number and a link will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier's tracking system to update with live telemetry data.

5. Risk of Loss & Delayed Shipments

As outlined in Section 6 of our Terms of Service, the legal title and risk of loss for all chemical products pass directly to the purchaser the moment the package is tendered to the carrier at our facility.

  • Delayed Packages: Peptide Factoryaus is not liable for transit delays caused by weather events, carrier backlogs, operational force majeure, or regional sorting office disruptions.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your tracking history explicitly states your package was lost in transit, or if it arrives with verified physical damage to the primary secure seal, please contact us within five (5) business days at office@peptidefactoryaus.com with your order number and photographic evidence so we can assist you in launching a carrier investigation.

6. Incorrect Addresses & Redelivery Fees

The purchaser is entirely responsible for ensuring that the shipping and billing addresses provided during checkout are current, complete, and accurate. If a shipment is returned to our facility because of an incorrect address, insufficient delivery details, or failure to collect the parcel from a local holding depot, you will be responsible for covering any return-to-sender and subsequent redelivery fees incurred.
